Description

The subject of the contract are new buildings of 2 similar apartment buildings, rectangular floor plan of about 20 (21) x15 m, four-storey with residential attic, in each 14 apartments, with a hipped roof and balconies. These are buildings made of traditional materials (concrete waists, ceramic masonry, ŽB ceilings, classic truss with concrete tile covering. The contract also includes the construction of access roads, sidewalks and parking areas for 34 cars, area sewage and rain sewers with a retention tank, water connections, public lighting. A more detailed specification is set out in Annex 1 – Project documentation and Annex 2 – Inventory of works, supplies and services with a statement of assessment.
