1. The subject-matter of the contract is the supply of spine implants according to the XVIII groups:

Dynamic lumbar stem stabilisation system
Group: V
Transpedicular assemblies for the thoracic and lumbar sections using bone cement.

Endoprotease of the stems of the cervical spine.

Endoprosis of the thoracic and lumbar spine
Group: VIII
Endoprosis of the thoracic and lumbar spine vertebral column permeable to radius rtg.
Group: IX
Transpedicular assemblies for thoracic (th4) and lumbar sections
Group X
Inter-capped stabilisation of the front cervical spine
Group XI
Intra-capped lumbar implants
Group XII
Thoracic and lumbar spine vertebroplasty system using normal cement
Group XIII
Minimally invasive system for transcutaneous spinal stabilisation in the thoracic and lumbar section
Group XIV
Percutaneous discectomy and nucleoplasty system
Group XV
Transpedicular assemblies for thoracic (th4) and lumbar sections
Group XVI
Bone cement with mixer—

Revision bone cement
Group XVIII
Church replacement material in accordance with the requirements and quantities set out in Annex 1 to this specification (CPV code: 33183100-7, 33184100-4)
(a) partial tenders may be made up of individual groups I to XVIII;
(b) partial selection of tenders with lots I to XVIII is reserved;
(C) tenders not containing the full scope of the contract referred to in Annex 1 to the specifications for each group: from Group I to Group XVIII will be rejected;
2. The contracting authority does not allow variants to be submitted.
3. Additional conditions relating to the subject-matter of the contract:
(a). Period of validity of the subject-matter of the contract: may not be less than 12 months from the date of delivery.
(b). The implants offered must be compatible with the instrumentarium of this hospital.
(C). If the implants/endoprotheses offered are not compatible with the instrumentarium held by the Hospital, the Contractor must provide the Contracting Authority with the instrumentation for use as part of the contract.
(D). In addition, the Contractor will be required to complete and maintain the instrumentation provided to the Contracting Authority under the contract in question.
(e). Should new products not yet be used in this hospital, the Contractor will be obliged to train the Contracting Authority’s staff at the Contractor’s reference centre (deadline, number of training courses and number of Hospital staff – to be agreed with the Contracting Authority).
