Egeria System Maintenance Service.
1. The subject of the contract is the maintenance service of the Egeria System in accordance with the following scope: 1) maintenance of the System, including: a) remedying defects reported during the term of the Agreement regarding the operation of the System; b) providing new versions of the System, in particular resulting from changes in legal provisions referring to the System; c) Hot Line service consisting in consultations in the field of substantive knowledge, system administration and operation of the System; d) removing the effects of Oracle database errors for version 12.1 in order to ensure the correct operation of Egeria 6; 2) provision of additional services including consulting, development, implementation, programming and analytical services in the amount of at least 100 hours and not exceeding 300 hours during the term of the contract (depending on the Customer's needs). With regard to programming services, their provision entails the obligation to grant a licence to the Contracting Authority; 3) providing training services in the operation and development of the System - in the form of one three-day training consisting of a minimum of 24 training hours (1 training hour is 60 minutes) for a maximum of 4 employees of the Contracting Authority during the term of the Agreement.
