The subject of this framework agreement is the rental of buses without driver and without fuel for the municipality of Epinay-sur-Seine, it is divided into two lots divided as follows: Lot 1 ‘Rental of coaches without driver’ This is a framework agreement for the rental of coaches with 55 seats, new or less than 3 years old, and less than 100 000 km, without driver and without fuel. Coaches will be used to transport children, adolescents, adults, the elderly, sportspeople and associations to the city of Epinay-sur-Seine in short and medium distances. Place of supply of the service: Municipal Technical Centre -, 27 Ter rue de l’Yser, 93800 EPINAY SUR SEINE Lot 2 ‘Seasonal rental of a coach without driver’ This is a framework agreement for the seasonal rental of a coach with 55 new seats or less than 3 years old and less than 100 000 km without driver and without fuel. This coach will be used to transport groups to the holiday centres of the City of Epinay-sur-Seine and, in particular, to the holiday centre in Meyronnes (Alpes de Haute Provence) characterised by use on mountain roads.
