Description

1. The contract concerns: supply, assembly, configuration, start-up of new power supply equipment for guaranteed UPS, telecommunication power stations.
2. A detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract is set out in Annex 2 to the ToR – a description of the subject-matter of the contract.
3. The contracting authority requires a 24-month guarantee for the performance of the contract, but not shorter than the manufacturer’s guarantee. The time limit for the guarantee shall run from the date of signature of the acceptance report.
4. As part of the performance of the contract, the Contractor will supply, within the framework of the price offered, all the elements (connectors, materials, cables, screws, security, etc.) which are required for the installation, assembly, commissioning of the UPS equipment supplied (obtaining functionality, performance, ensuring the level of security) and are not specified in the GIP.
5. The flat-rate remuneration for the performance of the subject-matter of the contract covers all the activities specified by the Contracting Authority (for each of the tasks), including...
