Description

1. The subject of the contract is the leasing by KWP in Kraków of the telecommunications, digital and analogue telecommunications networks listed in Annex 2 to the ToR.
2. The contractor will provide access to the different communication nodes of the Contracting Authority using the cable infrastructure at its own expense.
3. In connection with the performance of the contract in question, the contractor will not install any radio equipment on the premises of the Contracting Authority.
4. The digital activities that are the subject of the contract must be completed by contact G.703/G.704 or V.35/V.36 (as per Annex 2 to the ToR).
5. The technical characteristics of teletransmission links shall comply with the applicable standards.
6. The Contractor will provide a telephone call centre for failures (damage) of leased lines covered by the order, receiving 24/7/365 notifications (24 hours, 7 days a week, all days per year) and allowing applications to be handled by telephone and fax.
7. During the term of the contract, the Contracting Authority allows 30 % of the leased lines to be waived. In particular, the liquidation of the police unit concerned may be a prerequisite for renouncing the lease.
8. The contracting authority allows all or part of the line lease contract to be terminated in connection with the procedure initiated by the Warsaw Police Headquarters to migrate the communication system of the Małopolskie Garnizon Police to the National Teleinforma Network for the purpose of handling emergency number 112 (OST 112).
9. During the term of the contract, the Contracting Authority allows 30 % of the line lease to be suspended.
10. The conditions for temporary suspension of a service of between 1 and 6 months may be:
refurbishment of a building which makes it impossible to work in a given location,
— temporary suspension of work in a given location.
11. The contracting authority will notify the suspension of the lease of the line by 30 days before the scheduled suspension of the service.
