Con il presente Avviso, rivolto esclusivamente a figure giuridiche permanenti e non a raggruppamenti temporanei, Eni S.p.A. si propone di pervenire, per i Gruppi Merce di seguito elencati, alla compilazione di liste fornitori qualificati dalle quali potranno essere selezionati i Candidati per le gare d'appalto condotte da Eni S.p.A. in nome e per conto proprio da eseguire in U.E. Il Sistema di qualificazione e le liste fornitori qualificati di cui al presente Avviso possono essere utilizzati anche per eventuali gare d’appalto delle società controllate di Eni S.p.A. qualora dette società siano soggette alla applicazione della Direttiva 2014/25/UE oppure decidano di applicarne i principi su base volontaria.
