Description

1. The subject-matter of the contract includes: loading at the transhipment station in m. 313, transport to the installation and management of the following waste: a) 20 03 01 Non-segregated mixed municipal waste – estimated amount of waste in the period covered by the contract approx. – 8 000 Mg; b) 20 02 01 – Biodegradable waste – estimated amount of waste in the period covered by the contract approx. –1 500 Mg; 2. The Ordering Party informs that the average daily export of waste collected from the transhipment station must be at the level of 35-60 Mg (the average daily export was determined in the scale of waste collection from the whole year, only on working days. The contracting authority has no grounds for increasing the average daily export of waste, which does not interfere with incidental collections larger or smaller on individual days). 3. The Contractor shall ensure that all waste is managed in such a way as to achieve appropriate levels of recycling and recovery and to reduce the weight of green waste sent for landfill, in accordance with the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (Journal of Laws No. Journal of Laws of 2025, item 733), while waste management under code 20 03 01 (unsorted (mixed) municipal waste) will be carried out by municipal installations referred to in Art. 1 point 1 of the Waste Act of 14 December 2012 (Journal of Laws Journal of Laws 2023, item 1587, as amended), hereinafter referred to as the ‘municipal installation’. 4. Waste management should be confirmed by waste transfer cards (understood in accordance with Article 71a of the Waste Act of 14 December (Journal of Laws No. Journal of Laws 2023, item 1587 as amended).
