Description

External Prevention Service for the development of preventive activities marked in Law 31/1995, of November 8, on the Prevention of Occupational Risks and its implementing regulations, in the CBPC, in the specialties of: “Safety at Work” and “Labour Medicine”, including Health Surveillance, with the peculiarities inherent in the fire prevention and extinguishing services of this CBPC. Advice in the other two existing technical fields is also considered to be the subject of this contract: “Industrial Hygiene” and “Ergonomy and Applied Psychosociology”. Likewise, this contract will include the design, implementation and application of the Occupational Risk Prevention Plan in the CBPC and delivery of an annual report of the activities carried out by the successful tenderer.
