Przedmiotem zamówienia jest: Świadczenie usług transportu medycznego Zad. 1 – Transport składników krwi i próbek krwi pacjentów Zad. 2 – Transportu sanitarnego z Oddziału Kardiologii zlokalizowanego w Cieszynie przy ul. Bielskiej 4 Zad. 3 – Transportu sanitarnego z podstawowym zespołem ratownictwa medycznego z Oddziału Kardiologii zlokalizowanego w Cieszynie przy ul. Bielskiej 4 Zad. 4 – Transportu sanitarnego ze specjalistycznym zespołem ratownictwa medycznego z Oddziału Kardiologii zlokalizowanego w Cieszynie przy ul. Bielskiej 4 Zamawiający dopuszcza składanie ofert częściowych. Częściami zamówienia są poszczególne zadania określone powyżej, tzn. zadania od 1 do 4. Zamawiający informuje, że Wykonawca może złożyć ofertę do maksymalnie 4 zadań (bez ograniczania ilości zadań na jednego Wykonawcę). Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawiera Załącznik 2b i 4 do SWZ.
