Description

The building will be insulated by an energy audit with a contact insulation system and existing wooden windows will be replaced with plastic windows including the replacement of parapets. The building is connected to the water supply, rainwater, natural gas and line nn. The purpose of reconstruction is to address the disposition changes that meet the needs of the nursery for 65 children (2.5 units). The layout of the façade will be maintained. Internal water supply, sewerage, heating and electrical installations will be completely reconstructed while maintaining drinking points on civil engineering networks. The dining lift will be new, including a machinery space embedded in the lift shaft. The layout changes respect the existing main structures and functionally comply with the requirements of Decree 410/2005 and its amendment No 343/2009 – on hygiene requirements for the premises and operation of educational facilities and establishments.
