Description

An der Bahnhofstraße 2 in Nordwalde ist der Neubau eines "Bürgerzentrum" als Verwaltungsgebäude
geplant. Das Gebäude besteht aus zwei Gebäudeteilen die mit einem Erschließungstrakt miteinander
verbunden werden. Im Untergeschoss entstehen Technik-, Lager- und Werkstatträume sowie ein Archiv.
Außerdem ist ein Teil der Fläche des Untergeschosses für eine Tiefgarage geplant. Das Untergeschoss
entsteht in WU-Bauweise.
Das Gebäude erhält ein Erdgeschoss, zwei Obergeschosse und ein Dachgeschoss, im letzteren werden die
Lüftungszentralen untergebracht.
Die oberirdischen Geschossen sind für die verschiedenen Verwaltungsräume der Gemeinde Nordwalde
geplant. Es stehen ebenso offene Multifunktionszonen wie auch Veranstaltungsräumlichkeiten.
