Description: Die Auswertung erfolgt lt. den im LV Punkt 6. genannten Kriterien: Grundlage für die Ermittlung des wirtschaftlichsten Angebotes sind die Kosten für eine Hinfahrt (einschließlich Begleitperson) der geschätzten Schultage im Vertragszeitraum zuzüglich der anzuwendenden Umsatzsteuer (Besetztkilometer bis 50 km = 7 %; Besetztkilometer über 50 km = 19 %). Hinweise: 1. Im Formblatt 633 Angebotsschreiben sind die Angaben für eine Hinfahrt (Strecke x Preisangebot je Besetztkilometer zzgl. Kosten für Begleitperson (Stundensatz x Fahrzeit/60) zuzüglich der anzuwendenden Umsatzsteuer (Besetztkilometer bis 50 km = 7 %; Besetztkilometer über 50 km = 19 %) aus dem Preisermittlungsblatt zu übernehmen. 2. Wenn das Unternehmen umsatzsteuerbefreit ist und/ oder eine Umsatzsteuerbefreiung des Bieters bei Fahrten mit Begleitpersonen vorliegt, dann ist der Nachweis dafür zwingend mit dem Angebot einzureichen, sonst wird der im Preisblatt angegebene Umsatzsteuersatz angenommen.
