Description

1. The subject of the contract is the printing and distribution of examination materials in the field of general education in 2026, i.e. the eighth-grade exam, the matriculation exam, the central entrance exam, the extramural exams. As part of the order is preparation for printing, printing, copying CDs/DVDs packaging (stitching, inserting, sorting), packaging and securing packages and distribution to schools, OKE and CKE exam materials for conducting the exam, the quantities of materials have been specified in the description of the subject of the order. 2. The detailed description of the subject of the contract (OPZ) is set out in Annex 1 to the SWZ. 3. The Contractor is obliged to ensure the performance of activities related to access to the content of examination materials, i.e. against securing them against unauthorized disclosure only by persons employed by the Contractor or a subcontractor on the basis of an employment contract within the meaning of Article 22 § 1 of the Act of 26 June 1974 - Labour Code, in accordance with the provisions of the model contract, which is Annex 5 to the SWZ. 4. The Contractor undertakes to provide proof of the conclusion of the third party liability insurance policy together with the payable premium paid. The Contractor shall be obliged to take out and maintain civil liability insurance at his own expense during the performance of the contract for the award of the public contract. The third party liability insurance policy must meet at least the conditions set out in Annex 5 to the CVT. 5. The contracting authority shall not allow partial tenders to be submitted. The contracting authority does not provide for the submission of variants. 6. The Contracting Authority does not provide for the award of similar contracts referred to in Art. 1 point 7) of the Public Procurement Act.
