The subject of the contract is a comprehensive supply of electricity to the facilities of the Maritime Border Guard Branch, including the sale and distribution of electricity. The sale of electricity is to take place under the conditions set out in the applicable law, including in particular the provisions of the Energy Law Act of 10 April 1997 (consolidated text: OJ Journal of Laws 2024, item 266, as amended), of the Civil Code of 23 April 1964 (consolidated text: OJ Journal of Laws 2024, item 1061 as amended) and the Public Procurement Law Act of 11 September 2019 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1320 as amended). Calculation of the amount of electricity consumed will take place on the basis of indications of installed electricity meters based on tariffs approved by the President of the Energy Regulatory Office.
