Description

1. The subject-matter of the contract is the supply of small laboratory equipment -3 (‘the subject-matter of the contract’). 2. The subject-matter of the contract comprises 3 tasks (partial tenders), including: Activity 1 - Small laboratory equipment according to the Bionovo catalogue or equivalent Activity 2 - Small laboratory equipment according to the Genoplast catalogue or equivalent Activity 3 - Small laboratory equipment according to the Miltenyi Biotech catalogue or equivalent 3. A detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract is contained in Annex 1a to the Tender Form – Price Form/Description of the subject-matter of the contract (also referred to as ‘OPZ’). 4. The Contracting Authority shall require the Contractor to submit, together with the tender, the means of proof in question - details described in Chapter V, point 9, of the FTZ. 5. The Contractor must attach to the tender a declaration of non-exclusion and compliance with the conditions for participation in the procedure in the form of a European Single Procurement Document (ESPD) as at the date of submission of tenders, as set out in Annex 2 to FTZ 6. GDPR (information obligation and obligation to apply): Information on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data is laid down in Chapter XXIII of the FTZ 7. The Contractor is obliged to execute the order on the terms and conditions described in the draft provisions of the contract constituting Annex 3 to the FTZ 8. The order is carried out as part of the Project: "Non-commercial epidemiological, case-control, prospective study, the aim of which is a cause-effect analysis of the functioning of the immune system in the context of multimorbidity in patients with primary glomerular nephritis and family members of this patient population - implications for optimizing interdisciplinary therapeutic management". Grant agreement No 2023/ABM/03/00038-00 of 11 April 2024 (Project financed from the State budget by the Medical Research Agency)
