The high demand for housing in the city of Ludwigsburg is to be counteracted by the creation of around 530 residential units on the former nursery areas near the city centre. The aim of the development plan “Wohnpark Fuchshof” is to promote an orderly urban development as a goal of moderate residential use and the creation of open spaces that can be experienced.
