Description

The Southwest Finland Centre for Economic Development, Transport and the Environment assists archipelago traffic in the Raseborg, Inkoo, Sipoo/Porvoo and Loviisa archipelagos and in the Archipelago Rengaste. Assisted archipelago services means regular services operated by a private operator on board a seaworthy vessel and serving persons permanently resident in the archipelago on routes within the archipelago or between the archipelago and the mainland where there are no other regular services or road connections. In order to award the grant, the Southwest Finland ELY Centre will organise a call for tenders, the winner of which may be paid a state grant to manage the archipelago traffic as described in this invitation to tender and its appendices. The invitation to tender is divided into lots by island region so that each lot forms an appropriate whole. Each sub-area will have its own grant decision. NTM-centralen i Egentliga Finland understöder skärgårdstrafiken i Raseborgs, Ingå, Sibbo-Borgå och Lovisa skärgårdar samt Skärgårdens ringvägar. Med skärgårdstrafik som understöds avses sådan reguljär trafikk som en privat trafikidkare sköter med ett sjödugligt fartyg och som betjänar i skärgården bofasta personer antingen på sådana rutter inom skärgården eller mellan skärgården och fastlandet som saknar annan reguljärtrafik eller vägförbindelser. För att bevilja understödet ordnar NTM-centralen i Egentliga Finland ett anbudsförfarande vars vinnare kan få statsunderstöd för att sköta skärgårdstrafiken på detsät som beskrivs i denna anbudsbegäran och dess bilagor.
