The clients (AG) intend to commission a financial service provider (FDL) for an online sales system (OVS). In future, the OVS will distribute the range of the bwtarif as well as prospective tickets of the Baden-Württemberg Verbundtarife and the Deutschlandtarif via an app and a webshop. The FDL is to be commissioned with the implementation of all processes for the payment processing of ticket sales as well as for receivables management. With the sale of these tickets by the CIP to its customers, the CIP sells its claim to the FDL. The FDL must provide all the accompanying service processes required for the registration of payment procedures by customers as well as for payment processing.
