The purpose of this above-threshold public service contract is the acquisition of the “Document Management System” (hereinafter “DMS”) for the central purchasing body and for the delegating contracting authority. The subject of this public contract is the delivery and implementation of the new “Document Management System” in two separate instances for the central purchasing body and for the delegating contracting authority, the requirements for DMS being specified in more detail by the functional and non-functional requirements listed in Annex 1 to the Book – DMS Requirements Catalogue (note: The book is Annex 13 to the tender specifications). The subject of the public contract also includes the subsequent maintenance and support of the delivered and implemented DMS for a period of 10 years.
