Description
1. The existing provincial road No 843 Chełm – Kraśniczyn – Zamość from km 14+100 to km 15+210 is a class Z road. On the section to be renovated, there is a semi-street and street road section with an elevated curbstone, and a route section with a ground side. The section planned for renovation (width approx. 6.0 m) has a bituminous surface in poor technical condition resulting from long-term operation, which requires urgent repair work. There are mesh and longitudinal fatigue cracks, thermal cracks, permanent (unevenness) viscoplastic and structural deformations and patches after repairs of surface fragments, lack of preserved normative parameters. The existing edge of the surface is locally crushed and with defects in the layers of the structure. The existing roadsides are deformed and hinder the proper drainage of rainwater. 2. The scope of works includes, among others: - Measuring robots. - Corrective milling of bituminous surface up to 4.0 cm thick, - Reconstruction of the structure on the existing edge of the roadway: • Frost-resistant layer made of cement-bound mixture C1,5/2 gr. 22 cm, • Non-bonded mixture foundation C90/3 by grain. 0/31,5 mm thickness 20 cm, • Base foundation AC 16P thickness 10 cm, - Mechanical cleaning of the surface and interlayer condensation with asphalt emulsion. - Making an abrasive layer of mineral-asphalt mix AC 11S with a thickness of 5 cm. - Altitude adjustment to the new surface of existing bituminous slopes with mineral-asphalt mass within the road lane. - Height adjustment to the new surface of existing slopes with a ground surface of 0-31,5 mm aggregate or bituminous destruction within the road lane. - Altitude adjustment to the new surface of existing slopes with paving stones within the limits of the road lane. - Asphalt destruct roads / aggregate 0-31,5 mm with a width of 1,0 m and thickness of 10 cm. - Renovation of the existing culvert fi 1000. - Reconstruction of the horizontal marking. 3. The contracting authority does not allow partial tenders to be submitted - a detailed justification is provided in the FTZ. 4.
