Successive delivery of veterinary drugs for large animals to units of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine
1. The subject of the order is the successive supply of veterinary drugs for large animals to units of the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine. 2. A detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract is set out in Annex 1 to the FTZ – description of the subject-matter of the contract. 3. The Contracting Authority shall allow the submission of equivalent tenders in accordance with Art. 5 PPL, Art. 101 para. 4 PPL, however, the requirements and technical parameters specified by the Ordering Party defining the subject of the contract are minimum conditions that the Ordering Party will expect to meet. The Contractor who invokes equivalent solutions is obliged to demonstrate that the solution offered by him meets the requirements specified by the Ordering Party. In such a case, the Contractor shall attach to the tender a list of equivalent solutions, as appropriate, together with its description or standards. The criterion for assessing an equivalent offer is the presence and weight of active substances in the preparation. 4. The Ordering Party reserves the right to place orders for a greater or lesser quantity of a given product than listed in Annex 1 to the FTZ, or not to purchase a given item at all. Failure by the Ordering Party to make purchases of goods, in any scope (quantitative or assortment), is not a basis for the Contractor to submit any claims against the Ordering Party. Nevertheless, the Ordering Party estimates that it will purchase 40% of the specified assortment according to Appendix No. 1.
