The subject matter of the contract is: design and execution of works under the tasks entitled:
Part A ‘Increasing capacity of selected railway lines by optimising signalling and stationing equipment’ – North Region scope
Part B ‘Improving safety and eliminating operational risks on the railway network’ – level crossings at km 131,455 and 141,347 of railway line No 18 Kutno-Piła
The entire subject matter of the Contract shall consist of the execution of the following elements:
— the design documentation (separately for each part and for each sector) necessary for the proper execution of all the works required, drawn up in the geodetic documentation for the purposes of the design and obtaining for it all the required opinions, agreements, approvals, conditions, decisions and permits.
— all construction works – assembling in accordance with the scope of the contract on the basis of documentation drawn up by the contractor and approved by the contracting authority and all necessary preparatory and accompanying works necessary for the performance of the contract awarded and for the performance of all operations required by the provisions of the building law.
— execution of comprehensive as-built documentation (separately for each part and industry), including documentation from the as-built geodetic inventory.
— participation in the procurement procedure ‘managing change’ for the contract to be carried out, on the basis of ‘guidelines of the director of the safety office PKP Polskie Linie Kolejowe S.A. carrying out an assessment of the potential impact of technical, operational and organisational changes on the safety of the railway system’.
— obtain conformity assessment of each subsystem covered by the contract at each stage (design, construction and final testing of the subsystem).
