The purpose of this consultation is to define a mission of surveillance and guarding of the premises and surroundings close to the Volcano, in order to ensure the proper order of operation of the buildings' fire safety systems, to take comfort in the various checks and inspections of the fire safety organs requested by the Technical Director, to monitor access to the premises, to prevent, intervene, and control any suspicious action on the site, to welcome, inform, filter any person who requests access and to rescue any individual in difficulty and to alert if necessary. As regards fire safety, the subject of this consultation is the definition of a mission to monitor the Volcano building by a representation service during the shows in accordance with the general provisions (Articles MS 45 to 52) and specific provisions of types L, (Article L14) and N of the Fire Safety Regulations relating to establishments receiving the public.
