This consultation includes:
— the purchase of new photocopiers,
a maintenance contract for each photocopier ordered: corrective, preventive and supplies of consumables,
— recovery of existing and replaced equipment.
Applicant companies offering second-hand and/or packaged equipment will not be selected.
Acquisition of photocopiers: this contract has been awarded for a period of 1 years from the date of its notification and not renewable.
Maintenance: the duration of the maintenance contract is for 1 years from the date of delivery of the equipment (as evidenced by the delivery note) and renewable 4 times for reasons of depreciation of the equipment, by tacit renewal, with the total duration of the contract not exceeding 5 years for depreciation reasons.
