Description

1. The subject of the contract is the organisation and operation of two separate collection points for municipal waste (PSZOK) in the period from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2028. Description of the subject of the contract, conditions of implementation and settlement: 1) The subject of the contract is the organization, commissioning and operation of two separate collection points for municipal waste (PSZOK), one point located on the right and the left-bank part of the city of Oświęcim. 2) Basic information: a) The area of the city of Oświęcim is about 30 km2. b) The number of inhabitants in the City of Oświęcim who will be able to use PSZOKs is: b.1) according to the population register -32 558 people, b.2) according to declarations -31 945 people. 3) The Ordering Party specified the following possible locations of PSZOKs: a) ul. Prisoners of Auschwitz 1150/170 - which is the property of the City of Oświęcim, b) ul. Bema dz. ozn. 2013/20 - which is owned by another entity. The above-mentioned location is consistent with the provisions of the Local Spatial Development Plan. Contractor, in the case of using the location at ul. Prisoners of Oświęcim are obliged to conclude a land lease agreement, on the terms specified in the Ordinance of the President of the City of Oświęcim on the establishment of minimum rent rates for land and the rental of commercial stands and kiosks. Contractor, in the case of using the location at ul. Bema has the opportunity to conclude a lease agreement, in which the terms of cooperation will be determined. In addition, the Ordering Party indicates the areas at ul. European Union and ul. Dąbrowski in Oświęcim, where it is possible to create a stationary PSZOK. 4) A detailed description of the subject of the contract, the terms of its implementation, receipt, settlement and payment and other provisions relevant to the parties, which will be introduced into the content of the contract concluded for this contract, are specified in the model contract and the documents attached to it attached to the FTZ. 5) The documents published by the Ordering Party in connection with this procedure constitute the whole and are the basis for the calculation of the offer price by the Contractors and for determining the obligations of the Contractor resulting from the transfer to him for the performance of the contract in question.
