Description

1. The subject of the contract is the purchase of computer equipment and accessories for the Faculty of Management of the University of Warsaw. 2. The subject of the contract was divided into the following 11 lots: Part 1 – Printers and MFPs; Part 2 – Specialist printer for diplomas; Part 3 – Computers and monitors; Part 4 — Post-leasing computer; Part 5 - File server; Part 6 – Portable computers; Part 7 – Cameras; Part 8 – Computer parts; Part 9 – Computer peripheries; Part 10 - Computer Materials; Part 11 – Licences. 3. The detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract is determined by the description of the subject-matter of the contract (OPZ) constituting Annex 2 to the FTZ and the model contract constituting Annex 3a to the FTZ (for Lots 1 to 10) or Annex 3b to the FTZ (for Lot 11), respectively. 4. All equipment must have the complete appropriate wiring necessary to run the individual devices. 5. All elements specified in the description of the subject of the contract must be an integral part of the equipment. The Ordering Party does not allow the possibility of configuring the equipment with external elements, except if the description of the subject of the contract clearly indicates this. 6. In cases where the Ordering Party has described the subject of the contract in the FTZ by indicating trademarks or origin, contractors are obliged to offer devices specified in the description of the subject of the contract or equivalent with parameters of this type, but not inferior to those indicated by the Ordering Party.
