Description

De opdracht omvat een Design & Build formule (DB-formule) die zal bestaan uit: - Het slopen van de huidige gebouwen gelegen te Julius De Geyterstraat 45, 47, 49, 51, 53, 55 en 57. - Het ontwerpen en het bouwen van een nieuwe huisvesting voor CIG De Stobbe van ± 2.300 m² NVO. Het gebouw omvat zowel ruimtes voor bewoners (studio’s, leefruimtes, en ondersteunende ruimtes), ruimtes voor een intern kinderdagverblijf en ruimtes voor medewerkers (kantoren en ondersteunende ruimtes). - Het inrichten van de buitenruimtes en gemeenschappelijke tuin. - Het beschikbaar stellen van het gebouw op de vooropgestelde datum van Voorlopige Oplevering en het onderhouden en bijsturen van de technische installaties tot op de dag van de Definitieve Oplevering;
