European open call for tenders for energy advice at home
The contract includes the implementation of the plan to help residents of Almere, who are affected by or at risk of energy poverty, to reduce energy consumption and to advise on how to use their dwellings in energy efficient ways. The visit directly provides small energy-saving products with advice on more grip on energy consumption and explaining the energy consumption of the dwelling. The aim of the mission is to help these 5000 households reduce their energy costs by providing energy advice, coaching on energy-saving behaviour and offering and implementing (small) energy-saving measures, including housing comfort and health, and connecting to existing social networks in this municipality. EUR 1,4 million
