Description

Volume/volume of buildings:
As part of the development of a school centre in Wustermark (OT Elstal), the construction of a three-field sports hall in solid construction (STB/MW) with flat roof and peripheral acroterion is planned. The roof structure consists of glued laminated wood binders. The indoor supports are made up of reinforced concrete or poured concrete supports. The walls are executed in masonry and reinforced concrete.
The sports hall to be constructed has two full floors in the area of the Social Tract and a technical floor above it. The visitors’ gallery of the hall will pass through the 1st Raised upper floor. The building is not subclad.
The size of the building on the ground floor is approx. 53.65 * 44.65/approx. 22 900 m³ BRI
Services to be carried out for sports floor Prallwand:
— Linoleum sports floor with floor structure approx. 1 420 m²;
— Play field markings;
— Wall cladding as a tray wall with sub-structure approx. 680 m²;
— External sports hall doors and interior doors 1- and 2 wings;
— Equipment space gates;
— Fixed glazing;
— Flaps.
