Description

Wandsworth Borough Council initiated a procurement for the provision of cleaning services. The Council split the contract into 2 lots: Lot 1: Western and Central Estates and Blocks; and
Lot 2: Southernand Eastern Estates and Blocks.
The contract will be for a period of 8 years (96 months) with the option of extensions for a period or periods of up to a further 8 years (96 months) at the Council’s absolute discretion. The estimated value for both lots is 5 816 185 GBP per annum.
