The public procurement procedure is organised with a view to awarding the contract for 'Construction site engineering and technical assistance services (Supervisor) for the investment objective:'Link road to increase accessibility in the urban area of Targoviste' – RON 2 682 000 excluding VAT. Notes: 1.In accordance with Article 160(1) of Law No 98/2016 on public procurement, as subsequently amended and supplemented, the deadline by which any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications or additional information in relation to the tender documentation is a maximum of 25 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. 2.In accordance with Article 160(2) of Law No 98/2016 on public procurement, as amended, the contracting authority shall respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information on the 11th day before the deadline set for the submission of tenders. NOTE Any request for clarification submitted after the date referred to in paragraph 1 will make it impossible for the Contracting Authority to reply within the time limit referred to in paragraph 2 and any request for clarification submitted outside that time limit will therefore be considered to be out of time.
