Description

Przedmiot zamówienia obejmuje dostawę środków kontrastowych na potrzeby WSzW w Gorzowie Wlkp. Sp. z o.o. przy ul. Jana Dekerta 1. Wykonawca w ramach przedmiotu zamówienia zapewni sukcesywną dostawę asortymentu określonego w Załączniku nr 2 do SWZ. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia oraz szacunkowe ilości zawarte zostały w: a) Załączniku nr 2 do SWZ – Formularz cenowy - zawierający zakres i ilość. b) Załączniku nr 3 do SWZ – Projekt umowy. – stanowiących odpowiednio załączniki do SWZ. Wymienione w załącznikach wymagania graniczne uważa się za konieczne do spełnienia, niespełnienie ich skutkować będzie odrzuceniem oferty.
