Az eljárást megindító felhívás B mellékletében I-IV. részek alatt meghatározott munkaügyi kirendeltségeken megvalósítandó átalakítási és bővítési munkák során felmerülő valamennyi közbeszerzési eljárás lefolytatása keretében és a megvalósítás folyamán beruházás-lebonyolítói szolgáltatás nyújtása a dokumentációban foglaltak szerint, ugyanakkor nem képezi a nyertes ajánlattevő feladatát a közbeszerzési eljárások lefolytatásával kapcsolatban jelentkező, az ügyvédekről szóló 1998. évi XI. törvény 5. §-ának (1)-(2)bekezdésében meghatározott tevékenység ellátása, a hivatalos közbeszerzési tanácsadói szolgáltatás nyújtása, valamint műszaki ellenőri és a tervezői művezetés biztosítása.
