1. The subject of the contract is the supply of special vehicles divided into parts, i.e.: Part I - Medium life-saving fire-fighting vehicle with the function of providing water for living purposes; Part II – Supplies vehicle; Part III - Heavy duty rescue and firefighting vehicle with the function of providing water for domestic purposes; Part IV - Container carrier; Part V – Trailer; Part VI - Medium life-saving fire-fighting vehicle with the function of providing water for living purposes; Part VII - Heavy duty rescue and firefighting vehicle with the function of providing water for domestic purposes; h) Part VIII - Supplies car. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract includes: Annex 1A to the FTZ — for Part I, (b) Annex 1B to the FTZ — for Part II, (c) Annex 1C to the FTZ — for Part III, (d) Annex 1D to the FTZ — for Part IV, (e) Annex 1E to the FTZ — for Part V, (f) Annex 1F to the FTZ — for Part VI, (g) Annex 1G to the FTZ — for Part VII, (h) Annex 1H to the FTZ — for Part VIII. 3. Cancellation clause. Pursuant to Article 257 of the Public Procurement Law, the Contracting Authority reserves the right to cancel the procurement procedure if the public funds which it intended to allocate to finance all or part of the contract have not been allocated to it. Pursuant to Article 259 of the Public Procurement Act, the Contracting Authority also reserves the right to cancel the procurement procedure in part, i.e. in respect of individual parts of the contract, if the public funds which it intended to allocate to finance a given part of the contract (in whole or in part) have not been allocated to it. 4.
