The public procurement procedure is conducted in an open tender procedure pursuant to Article 132 of the Public Procurement Act. The subject of the order are Supply of needles, syringes, wenflons according to the following parts: Task 1 - Task 25. A detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract for the above lots has been shown and described in the ‘Price Form’ (Annex 2 to the tender specifications) and in the model contract (Annex 3 to the tender specifications), which form an integral part of the tender specifications.
