The documentation should include (for all tasks ): 1.construction project in the scope taking into account the specificity of construction works. 2.Executive design 3.Assessment document containing: a) Investor's estimate made in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Development and Technology of 20 December 2021 on the determination of methods and bases for preparing an investor's estimate, calculation of planned costs of design works and planned costs of construction works specified in the functional-utility program (Journal of Laws 2021, item 2458), (b) The volume of works, which should include a summary of the basic works expected to be carried out in the technological order of their execution, together with a detailed description or an indication of the grounds establishing a detailed description and an indication of the relevant technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of the works.
