Description

Design and execution of works for the task: reconstruction and refurbishment of the public utility building, the former Cathedral and Clinics of the nephrology of the Paediatric Academy of Medicine in Wrocław, located at ul. Marie Curie-Skłodowska 50-52 in Wrocław (design-build), in accordance with:
— functional and utility program – Annex 8 to the ToR, together with the conditions for connecting the telephone network to the specifications and the requirements for computer installation, Annex 8B to the ToR,
— conceptual design – Annex 9 to the ToR and its annexes containing views of individual floors – Annexes 9A to 9F to the ToR,
— geotechnical opinion – Annex 10 to the ToR,
— technical expertise in structural and mechanical engineering – Annex 11 to the ToR.
