The subject-matter of the Public Contract is the supply of goods - conveyor belts for the operation of the Contracting Authority, in accordance with the technical specifications listed in the document entitled ‘Specifications of Goods, Prices of Goods and Guarantees of Quality of Goods’ for the relevant Part of the Public Contract, which is listed in Part 5 of the Tender Documentation – Forms for the Processing of Tenders. In accordance with Section 35 of the PPA, the public contract is divided into 2 lots: Lot 1 Public contracts called DP1, Lot 2 Public contracts called DP2. The Contractor may submit a Tender for any Part of the Contract, but only one Tender for each Part of the Contract.
