The subject of the contract is: supply of network switches in the following assortment: - type A network switch - 80 pcs. - type B network switch - 60 pcs. The contracting authority will purchase equipment up to the value of the framework agreement referred to in § 3 sec. 1 of the draft framework contract attached as Annex 5 to the SWZ. The contracting authority shall require the equipment offered to comply with the EU declaration of conformity and to affix the CE marking to the equipment.
