Description

Acquisition of special consumables for radiology and vascular surgery for the University of Pécs in 75 tender lots up to a total budget of HUF 707 479 196 for 12 months In accordance with Article 53(1) of the Law. The allocation of lots is described in field BT-24. The delivery of the products as described in detail in the draft contract is carried out by the creation and operation of foreign stock, as well as by an individual order in addition to stock. During the performance, the use of the S2D consignment system is mandatory, the snippets of which are included in the draft contract. The contracting authority undertakes to place an order for 75 % of the total amount; in addition, the contracting authority is not obliged to exhaust the total amount or, in addition to the obligation to place an order, the successful tenderer may not enforce the unused amount against the contracting authority as damage. For all parts of the recommendation: Where within a lot there is only a difference in size between the different products, only the same type of product of the same manufacturer may be offered.
