Description

Die Marktgemeinde Treffen am Ossiacher See hat einen Dienstleister benötigt, der die Sammlung, Abholung, den Transport und die Ablieferung zur fachgerechten Entsorgung des Rest- und Biomülls im gesamten Gemeindegebiet übernimmt. Ziel des Vergabeverfahrens war daher der Abschluss eines Rahmenvertrags zur Sammlung, Abholung sowie über den Transport und die Ablieferung des Rest- und Biomülls der Marktgemeinde Treffen zur fachgerechten Entsorgung in der jeweiligen Verwertungsanlage. Der Rahmenvertrag wurde zwischen der Auftraggeberin und dem als Bestbieter hervorgegangenen Bieter auf unbefristete Dauer mit einem 3-jährigen Kündigungsverzicht abgeschlossen.
