Description

1. Przedmiotem postępowania jest dostawa fantomów i trenażerów dla jednostek Śląskiego Uniwersytetu Medycznego w Katowicach z podziałem na pakiety, w tym: Pakiet 1 – Modele anatomiczne Pakiet 2 – Trenażery szkoleniowe Zamówienie nie jest współfinansowane ze środków Unii Europejskiej. 2. Przedmiot zamówienia należy zrealizować w oparciu o założenia określone w Specyfikacji asortymentowo-cenowej, Specyfikacji technicznej oraz projektowanych postanowieniach umowy. 3. Zamawiający dopuszcza możliwość składania ofert częściowych i nie ogranicza liczby pakietów, na które może być składana oferta przez jednego wykonawcę. 4. Zamawiający może unieważnić niniejsze postępowanie, jeżeli środki publiczne, które zamierzał przeznaczyć na sfinansowanie zamówienia nie zostaną mu przyznane – zgodnie z art. 257 pzp.
