Cybersecurity system under the project ‘Early warning system (SAT)’ under the National Recovery and Resilience Plan, Component 7 – Digital transformation, Investment 8 – Electronic identity card and qualified digital signature, milestone 174 – Implementation of support measures for the implementation of electronic identity card. The objective of the investment proposed by the DGPI is to ensure a high level of trust and safety in order to increase the attractiveness of using the EIC and accessing public electronic services. In order to achieve this result, DGPI will ensure the expansion of the MIA's cyber security and defence system by developing technical capabilities for detection, monitoring and analysis of security events, interoperable with the MIA's Cyber Security Operational Centre (CERT-INT) in order to correlate alerts with cyber threats and optimize actions for anticipation, prevention and immediate response in case of cyber incidents. Cybersecurity systems will be purchased - 4 cpl, with an estimated value of 9,522,254.00 lei without VAT.
