Description

Designing, constructing, equipping and launching the Dębowcu Regional Waste Management Plant, co-financed by the European Union – Cohesion Fund under the Operational Programme Infrastructure and Environment 2007-2013.
Priority: II – Waste management and land protection.
Action: 2.1 – Comprehensive municipal waste management projects with a particular focus on hazardous waste.
The procedure is conducted on the basis of the Public Procurement Act of 29.1.2004 (i.e. Journal of Laws Journal of Laws 2010, No 113, item 759, as amended) (hereinafter: Pp) by means of an open tender procedure pursuant to Article 10. 1.
The contracting authority shall provide for the possibility of awarding complementary contracts as referred to in Article 67(1). 1 point 6 of the PPL (up to 10 % of the value of the basic contract).
