In order to confirm the conformity of the offered subject of the contract with the requirements set out in SOPZ - Annex 1 ,, the contracting authority requests the following means of evidence to be submitted with the tender: 1) the list of ICT solutions offered, including at least the information indicated in the above-mentioned paragraph. 2; a statement by the contractor that the offer for ICT products, ICT services and ICT processes does not include: the ICT products, ICT services or ICT processes identified in the recommendation referred to in Article 33(2); 4 of the Act of 5 July 2018 on the national cybersecurity system (Dz. Journal of Laws of 2026, item 20 and 252), determining their negative impact on the essential interest of national security;, (b) an ICT product of the type specified in the decision on the recognition of the provider as a high-risk provider referred to in Article 67b(b) of Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001; 15 of the Act of 5 July 2018 on the national cybersecurity system, nor the ICT service or ICT process specified in this decision. 2. The contracting authority provides for the possibility of requesting the submission or supplementation of the evidence in question in accordance with the principles set out in Art. 2 of the PPL Act. 3. The contracting authority may request explanations from the contractor as to the content of the evidence submitted.
