Description
4.1 The subject of the present proceedings is the planting of trees and shrubs in the City of Łódź as part of the Citizens’ Budget. 4.2 The contract has been divided into two lots, which will cover all activities aimed at the planting of trees and the planting of shrubs: a) Part 1 Tree planting service; b) Part No 2 Planting service for shrubs. 4.3 The Contracting Authority allows partial tenders to be submitted, whereby each Contractor applying for the contract in question may submit a tender for two lots. The evaluation of tenders and the selection of the most advantageous tender will be carried out separately for each lot. 4.4 A detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract can be found in Annex 1 and in the model contract (Annex 7).
