Performance of the contract shall include the following activities:
1. Preparation of an investment project in the working project phase, in accordance with the technical specifications of the tender documents and in accordance with Regulation No 4 on the scope and content of investment projects.
2. Execution of construction and installation works (construction works) for the construction of the site in accordance with Part Three ‘Construction’ of the ZUT and the technical specifications of the tender documents;
3. Exercise of copyright supervision during the implementation of the site.
