Description

Die DAK-Gesundheit beabsichtigt die Versorgung ihrer Versicherten mit den nachfolgend aufgezählten 40 Wirkstoffen und Wirkstoffkombinationen (vgl. „Angaben zu den Losen“) durch den Abschluss von Arzneimittel-Rahmenrabattverträgen nach § 130 a Abs. 8 SGB V (Rahmenvereinbarung gem. § 4 VOL/A EG) zu optimieren. Für das Los 01 bis 15 soll mit jeweils nur einem pharmazeutischen Unternehmen ein Rabattvertrag abgeschlossen werden, während für das Los 16 bis 40 mit jeweils drei pharmazeutischen Unternehmen ein Rabattvertrag abgeschlossen werden soll.
Die Verträge beginnen frühestens 4 Monate nach Zuschlagserteilung, voraussichtlich am 1.10.2015 und endet am 31.10.2017.
Für alle Lose besteht eine Verlängerungsoption für die Auftraggeberin von bis zu 6 Monaten.
Hinweis: Aufgrund der technischen Gegebenheiten ist diese in der vorliegenden Veröffentlichung als einmalige Verlängerung um 6 Monate eingetragen.
