Description

The first meal day of the 2026/2027 school year/year is 1st September 2026, for which the daily ration number will be received by the Contractor until 14:00 on 24th August 2026. The contracting authority shall provide the winning tenderer with the preliminary daily dose number by 2 p.m. on Wednesday of the week preceding the reference week. The final daily dose numbers shall be sent by the Contracting Entity to the winning Bidder by 9:00 a.m. on the working day preceding the reference day. The winning Tenderer also expressly acknowledges that the Contracting Authority is entitled to deviate from the number of portions per day as follows: a) The number of doses per day may be reduced in the case of extra-curricular school classes and due to renunciations due to illness. If an extraordinary break is ordered under Section 30(5) of Act CXC, there is no catering. c) The number of portions per day may increase to the maximum number of persons in the given institution, in line with the needs of children and students, for both the form of care and the type of meal. The Contractor shall prepare a draft menu one week in advance and present it at least 7 days before the first day of the current week to the head of the given institution and/or head of food (if applicable, the doctor of the institution), who may comment on it. The accepted menu must be displayed by the Contractor in the dining room. When compiling the menu, it is necessary to take into account the characteristics of the age group, both in terms of quantity and content, as defined in the legislation, and to give priority to the guidelines of modern nutrition, as far as possible. Seasonal food offers should appear more prominently in the weekly menu plans (vegetables, fruits, vegetables, vegetables, meat dishes made mainly from poultry) and in the special needs of those receiving wedges for the given establishment. In the institutions, the Contractor must also be provided with dietetic care for the given period. Each meal should be provided within the following time intervals. Particular attention should be paid to the proper collection, storage and transport (delivery) of kitchen wastes and fats and oils used in the preparation of meals. The cleaning of restaurants, kitchens and related premises shall be the responsibility of the Contractor, the consideration for which shall be included in the undertaking price. The number of school meal days, corresponding to the days of normative support, is 185 days, the number of pre-school food days is 220 days, the number of crèche meal days: 231 days, which may vary during the duration of the contract. The service must be provided taking into account opening hours, but the contracting authority is obliged under Act XXXI of 1997 on the protection of children and guardianship administration to provide childcare during the holidays. In the course of this procurement procedure, tenders may be submitted for 3 lots as follows: 1. Tolna City Kindergarten (7130 Tolna, Bartók B. u. 41/A) 20 doses of normal and 6 doses of dietary 2. Wosinsky Mór Kindergarten (7130 Tolna, Bartók Béla u. 41): Dandelion Kindergarten: 84 doses normal, 13 doses diet Chestnut Garden Kindergarten: 49 doses of normal, 0 doses of diet Silk Kindergarten: 26 servings of normal, 2 servings of dietary Aprajafalva Kindergarten: 41 servings of normal, 4 servings of dietary Green Garden Kindergarten: 29 doses normal, 1 dose diet 3. Two buildings of Wosinsky Mór Primary School: - Headquarters of the School (Bartók Béla utca 23.): 75 standard doses, 1 dietary dose - School's task centre (7130 Tolna, Eötvös u. 7): 205 normal doses, 10 dietary doses - Széchenyi István Member School of Wosinsky Mór Primary School (7130 Tolna, Kossuth L. u. 6.; 7130 Tolna, Kossuth L. u. 10.) 160 doses of normal and 3 people on a diet. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- (XII. The Contractor shall perform the contract in such a way that at least 80 percent of the total value of the products purchased comes from products purchased in public catering short supply chains or from local food products. A 676/2020. (XII. Pursuant to Section 6(2) of Government Decree No 487/2015, the Contractor is required to submit electronically data from its monitoring documentation in accordance with separate legislation to the National Food Chain Safety Office (hereinafter: NFCSO) and the National Public Health Centre. The Contractor shall keep records of his purchases for the entire duration of the contract and shall regularly certify to the Contracting Authority, at the request of the Contracting Authority, that at least 80% of the total value of the purchased products is covered by Decree No 676/2020. It comes from a short supply chain or a local food product within the meaning of Government Decree No 4/2011 of 28 December 2011 on the protection of food products, supported in particular by invoices, delivery notes and supplier’s declarations. At the time of the conclusion of the contract, the Contractor shall provide a telephone number on which the heads of the institutions can contact a person with appropriate powers of action. In the case of a strongly contested quality, a dose sample is taken with the participation of the Contractor, and the Customer retains the right to have it tested in an appropriate laboratory. In these cases, you can always, but at any time during the performance, request a 100-dose recipe for the food on the menu.
